Your Team's Home Page
Your team will receive more than just an hour of high level coaching, they will also have their own team training page where athletes, coaches and parents can view the workouts (past, present, and future), see and track training metrics, write comments and ask the coach - or each other - questions, and see weekly mini-challenges pertaining to nutrition, training, recovery, screen time, good deeds, etc.
Remote OptionThe beauty of technology is that I can help you train your team from anywhere in the world. To facilitate this, I've created an extensive video movement library all accessible on YouTube. All movements in your program will be linked so that you don't have to guess on anything.

Pricing
These prices are extremely competitive in the Anchorage area. I work off of a flat rate system, meaning that a set rate is divided by however many people will be participating. A minimum of 6 athletes is required to train, and a maximum of 14 can train at a time. No hidden fees and the highest of quality guaranteed.
The Pederson Family - Nome, Alaska
Our family has known Alysa for over 2 years and since then, our children Sienna and Levi have loved training with her in both basketball and strength and conditioning. From the very beginning, Alysa has shown a genuine interest in improving all around health and wellbeing. Alysa cares for each individual and makes sure to express that every time we see her. She teaches that life in not only about winning or getting better at sports but being a good person in the process of all the highs and lows. Knowing that she grew up in a smaller Alaskan community like us, we appreciate her understanding of the challenges we face there, and value the solutions she offers to tackle those issues. In addition, she truly is passionate about giving opportunities to kids from all over Alaska, and from all walks of life, that might not otherwise have it. On top of being a stellar human being, she is one of the top trainers in Alaska. Alysa is full of knowledge regarding injury prevention, the importance of stretching, strength, skill development, and proper nutrition. She makes sure to ask questions, get answers, and encourage community, kindness, hard work, and dedication at each session. We feel confident in recommending Alysa to every student or life athlete." |

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if an athlete wants to join mid-way through the month?
Athletes will need to sign up before the start of the first session to secure their spot for the month. If an athlete would like to join midway through, they will be on the same rate as their teammates, at a pro-rated amount. For example, if Shane joins 2 week’s into his team’s program, he will pay whatever monthly rate the team is on divided by 2 in order to catch up to the team’s billing cycle.
Each individual team member's rate can adjust at the end of their commitment period based on a different number of athletes. For example, if your team signs up with 8 people on a 1x/week 2 month commitment; then everyone will pay $47.50/month (380/8) for 2 months. If a teammate joins late, the team still pays $47.50/month, including the new person (at the prorated rate), until the end of 2 months. Then if the entire team decides to continue training, they will pay $42.50/month (380/9). It benefits in many ways to have more of your team bought in to training, including financially!

Yes, I am happy to come to wherever your teams home is for training at no additional charge (as long as you're in Anchorage).
CAN PARENTS TRAIN WITH THE TEAM?
This would be on a case by case basis, but is strongly discouraged. I am very happy to set up a second training time for parents who would like to train though!
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?
Athletes must be at least in, or entering, 7th grade in order to participate.
Do you offer sibling discounts for this service?
Unfortunately I do not provide sibling discounts for this service!
Cancellation & Refund Policies

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WANT A REFUND?
Your satisfaction with, and enjoyment of, your training experience is of utmost importance to me; however, if you find you are not enjoying training, if you provide me with specifics as to why you were unhappy, I will refund you for unused sessions.
WHAT IF AN UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE ARRISES AND I CANNOT ATTEND THE REMAINDER OF MY SESSIONS?
Provided with as specific of a reason as you can provide me as to why you cannot continue, I will happily refund you for the remainder of your sessions if you are flat out unable to attend!
