Sessions are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @ 7:30am, as well as Saturdays at 8:30 - 10:00am. ATHLETES OF ALL AGES AND SPORTS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED. We are building a community of like-minded athletes looking to grow and get better together!


No gym membership required, and no hidden fees. Scroll down for info on pro-rated memberships (in the FAQ).


Make this your summer of separation and unlock your greatest athletic potential. Outcomes of training will include, but are not limited to:

  • Increased vertical jump
  • Sport specific strength and power development
  • Increased stamina
  • Reduced chance of injury
  • Understanding of how to train on your own


What you can expect:

  • Epic Training Environment: these sessions will feel like one on one training within a group of other athletes on their own uncommon pursuit of excellence.
  • Sport Specific: training sessions will be tailored to the make up of the group. For example, if we have a diverse group of athletes (soccer, volleyball, hockey, basketball, wrestling, sport alumnis, etc.), training will work in specific drills to help each athlete excel at their sport.
  • Athlete Education: most importantly, athletes will learn how to do this on their own. We will also talk about mindset and nutrition.
  • Corner Coach for Life: throughout the years, I will always be available to help athletes from afar with any help they need. The value of having a knowledgeable, neutral mentor outside of your coaching staff is invaluable.


Sessions start June 1st and will run through August 17th (11 weeks). The 12th week of sessions times will be adjusted to accommodate school.

CAN COACHES AND ADULT ATHLETES DO THIS?
Are you kidding? Absolutely!
CAN PARENTS DO THIS?
Parents, if you play a sport, you can absolutely do this with your kiddo.
WHAT DISCOUNTS DO YOU OFFER?
Sibling or Parent Discount: buy one get one 50% off. This applies to different options as well, for example if you have one athlete training in the Advanced, and one in the Beginner, the 50% discount will still apply to the second athlete. 

Basketball Training Discount: if you/your athlete is also doing Make Yourself basketball skill development sessions, they will get a 50% discount on these strength and conditioning sessions.

Military Discount: when you show proof of military identification, you will receive a 15% discount on your entire order. Thank you for your service!
I'M STARING LATE, CAN I GET A PRO-RATED MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, email Coach Alysa to receive a code in order to get the correct amount off your sessions based on where you are starting. We are excited to have you!

WHY DOES THE RECURRING MONTHLY SHOW A $0 BALANCE?
Subscriptions are set up via a different system on the backend of things, so you will receive an email that will direct you to the recurring payment link via Stripe. Within this same email you will receive the waiver required for training! Without prepayment and the waiver, you will lose your spot and be unable to train. Thanks for understanding!
WHAT WILL THE TRAINING EXPERIENCE BE LIKE?
Our goal is to create a unique culture of athletes in the uncommon pursuit of excellence. These types of environments are undefeated when it comes to self-improvement as you can read in the testimonials of many of the athlete's who have worked with Make Yourself. It's difficult to show up to suffer and do something hard, but when your fellow athletes are holding you accountable and suffering with you, it becomes something to look forward to.

There will always be less than 12 athletes in a training session; meaning, every session will have a very personal feel. Compared what it cost to have a personal trainer ($60-120/hour), this is A STEAL of a deal.
CAN I GET OUT OF THE RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP BEFORE MY TIME IS UP?
Unfortunately not without a very unique and compelling reason as to why you can no longer finish your sessions, you are locked in for the duration of the time you signed up for. Thank you for understanding!

We're training at a crossfit gym, does that mean we're doing crossfit?
No. We will be following innovative, science-based training written by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Learn more about the coach and programmer below.
CAN I GET REFUNDS FOR SESSIONS I MISS?
