How It Works
I know what you're thinking, be trained online? Weird. Well... not really. Here's how.
Step One: Intake
After purchase of your program, you will be directed to fill out a series of questions pertaining to physical activity, nutrition, health history, your “why”, your lifestyle and mindset. These questions are for you to gain a better understanding of yourself and for me to get to know you. It is very important that you fill them out in as much detail as possible, as our only method of communication will be email.
You will also be required to sign a contract and conditions form, which is standard for any gym or independent trainer to waive liability for anything unwelcome and unexpected, like injury. This will be sent to you via email after your purchase and must be signed and returned in order to start your program.
Step Two: Assess & Design
After completing and returning the contract and conditions and enrollment forms, please allow up to 72 hours for me to review them and design a month worth of programming specifically tailored to meet your goals and work around any current challenges you may face - including injuries, space, equipment, environment, etc.
Step Three: Programming
This is the best part! Your program will be accessible via Google Docs so that you can record requested information such as workout scores, times, weights, how you were feeling that day, and any additional comments. You will be able to access your workouts and ask me questions through Google Docs or email, as long as your membership is active.
Step Four: Kick Butt!
Your program will be strategically planned for your long term goals and given to you a month at a time. Throughout the month you will record how you're feeling, scores, comments or any metrics that are requested. It is optional to upload videos of some of your movements if you are unsure if your form is correct or not. I will periodically be checking your program to see how everything is going and comment back to you as needed. If you request time sensitive feedback, you will be asked to email any and all questions instead of waiting for feedback inside of your program!
