Coach Alysa Horn has created an elite system for player development with her training company Make Yourself AK. Horn, a former UAA Women's basketball player, UAA Assistant Coach, and UAA Strength and Conditioning Coach also played professionally in Australia and Germany. Combining her health and fitness background with her basketball knowledge makes sessions with her next level.

Advanced Strength & Conditioning
This training session is for athletes who have at least 1 year of training experience. Your age, sport, and injury limitations (we can work around them), don't matter. You should have specific goals you are working towards related to becoming a better athlete!
Beginner Strength & Conditioning
This group is for athletes at least entering 7th grade and above, of any sport. You fit this group if you have little to know experience with strength training. Athletes should have specific goals related to a sport, or for improving their health.
