Remote Coaching

Remote coaching options are for dedicated humans of any sport or life ambition, age 14 and up, who are looking to take their training to the next level.

What to Expect

This programming is an excellent alternative to CrossFit programming. It is safer, more effective, and designed with care and science.

I have trained with Alysa for a couple years now and there are a lot of great things I can say about her training methods.  What stands out the most to me though (aside from her creative and effective programming) is her level of care on things outside of the workout.  Things like proper warm-up, mobility, and correct form that others seem to only touch on, she emphasizes in order to ensure the people she trains not only get better but get better safely and without injury.  When I train consistently with Alysa, my strength, endurance, and performance increase noticeably and she always shows up ready to give her all and have fun while doing it.

Your program is designed by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to exactly meet your needs, whatever they may be.

To begin, fill out the enrollment forms below. I will be in touch via email in the 24-48 hours following your submittal of the forms. There is no financial commitment for this process, and is a good way for you to get acclimated to what the experience is going to be like, and for us to exchange a few emails and make sure we're a good fit for each other!

​Based on your responses, I will prescribe you a plan best suited for your needs, and send you over a sample day of programming. From there, we will talk about your long-term plan of attack!

"This all sounds great! But, what's it going to cost me?" you may be wondering. A valid, and important question. I'd like to ask you, what will it cost you if you don't take action towards your goals? The starting spot on your team? A college scholarship? A podium finish? Living with chronic pain for the rest of your life? Living with a lower quality of life? 

You wouldn't have gotten this far if you weren't committed to yourself, so there is truly no better place to put your finances. After all, money is replaceable - your LIFE is not.

Frequently Asked Questions

ARE YOU ABLE TO WORK AROUND INJURIES?
Yes. Strength and Conditioning Specialists should be able to help athletes rehab injuries. We do not diagnose or prescribe rehab plans like an Athletic Trainer or Physical Therapist; however, if you know exactly what's going on (you have a diagnosis), then I can provide modifications to movements you will be unable to perform and also mobility, stability, and strength prescriptions to help recover from the injury and mitigate re-injury. 
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MUCH EQUIPMENT AT HOME AND DON'T WANT TO GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No worries, getting creative with minimal equipment and space is one of my superpowers. Please keep in mind though, that depending on your goals and the information you provide in the enrollment forms, going to a place with more equipment - or buying a few more pieces of equipment - may be what you are needing. If you are really just not interested in getting a gym membership, we will work with what you have!
CAN I SHARE MY CUSTOM PROGRAM WITH OTHERS?
It's YOUR program, you do what you want with it. Just do not sell it as your own to someone else, that would be messed up and bad karma!
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?
Athletes must be at least in, or entering, 9th grade and should have at least 1 year of training experience under their belt, OR will be supervised by an adult.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

WHAT IF I CAN'T FINISH ALL OF MY SESSIONS IN THE MONTH?
I'm pretty lenient with this. I want you to stay on track because ultimately that's what benefits you, but for example if you sign up for 3 months, and can't finish all your sessions in that time frame, I'll give you up to two weeks total in grace time. I mean, life happens am I right?  
WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WANT A REFUND?
Your satisfaction with, and enjoyment of, your training experience is of utmost importance to me; however, if it wasn't what you were expecting, if you show me that you made an effort to do the workouts and give me a reason as to why you were unhappy with your experience, I will happily refund you for your last month of training.
WHAT IF I PAID IN FULL, BUT SOMETHING HAS HAPPENED AND I CAN'T KEEP TRAINING?
Email Coach Alysa with what happened. Consideration for partial refunds may happen on a case by case basis.
